Adobe Erects Photoshop on the Cloud
It’s called PhotoShop Express and Adobe says it’ll add features over time, evidently in response to the feedback it gets from the beta.
It reportedly wrote the thing from scratch using Flex and ActionScript.
Users will get 2GB of free storage space and can share images online like through Facebook. It needs Flash Player 9 to work.
Initially it’s US-only. Adobe is planning a subscription-based PhotoShop Express. It’s also hoping to move some of its $99 consumer-style Photoshop Elements kits.
