EC To Rubber Stamp Google-DoubleClick Merger: Bloomberg
Bloomberg says the European Commission is going to wave the $3.1 billion Google-DoubleClick merger on through unconditionally next week, rejecting Microsoft’s objections that the combination is anti-competitive and giving Microsoft another reason to land Yahoo.
The Federal Trade Commission sanctioned the deal as is in December.
