HP has set up an Innovation Research Program to encourage colleges, universities and research institution to do joint research with HP Labs.

It’s looking for proposals in information explosion, dynamic cloud services, content transformation, intelligent infrastructure and sustainability by June 18.

Successful applicants will get a year’s funding, renewable for three years depending on their progress and HP’s business requirements. Each grant will include support for one graduate student research, who will also be eligible for HP Labs’ intern program
